Not installed yet so canโt comment on final product. Was disappointed that I couldnโt return the floor drain. It wasnโt much use without the adaptor but wasnโt surprised. We told Katherine what we were looking for and she showed us so many items and then helped us design some custom tiles. They were ordered from Raleigh and she kept us in the loop to when they would arrive . When we went to pick them up she even had a piece of paper with 15-20 names of installers they they recommended. It was so easy and from start to finish we felt very lucky to have found Bryd Tile!
